Hi guys, I need this query which I am running in phpmyadmin to return hh:mm:ss not minutes any idea’s

SELECT `username`,`numhours` FROM `customer` WHERE 1

Or if easier can someone convert it to php for me so I can run it from a url in a browser cuz I know there is a minstohours for php
